Do's and Dont's in a VTU college

Some of the guys at Global Academy of Technology (GAT, Bangalore) came up with innovative idea on Engineering life. The do’s and don'ts of engineering life.

Being an future engineer myself, I believe graduation phase is one of the finest learning curve not only with respect to education but also with ‘values’ – The values of life are learnt here! You meet people, tons of people. You understand the real goal and the potential you inherit within yourself.

Anyway talking about VTU Engineering, I’ve already said why VTU sucks according to VTU students but here are some do’s don'ts mentioned by these people:
Do’s in Engineering Life – Credits to Abhijit Gowda

Make sure you stand up to what you do.
Break the rules but don’t leave a proof.
Take mobile phone to the class, and use it without fearing the lecturers.
Bunk the classes and make sure to get medical certificates.
At least have one lecturer who hates you to the core and in turn you hate the lecturer too.
Make sure at least one of the lecturer cries in your class.
Must sleep in class when the lecturer is lecturing.
Copy and paste the lab programs from others who've written in the lab, if the lab is associated with computers.
To be a complete engineer - You've to at least copy in internals, get a back paper and get a FCD (at least once).
Don'ts in Engineering Life – Credits to Suhas 'The Rock'

Don't take studies seriously as you won't get out alive anyway.
Don't listen to lectures in class as you won't understand anyway.
Don't attend classes after a long time because you will be fined and questioned for doing so.
Don't maintain very good notes because at the end of the day, they go to the paper wala in mint condition.
Although laughing is good, don't laugh in class because you'll be sent to do some laughing outside the class.
For the back benchers: Don't come on time to class because the first benches will be vacant and you will be made to sit there.
Don't talk nonsense in class, for that's the teacher's job. Don't rob him of his livelihood!
Attending classes after the second internals is worthless...so stop attending.
Don't worry too much about lab internals...(the attenders will help you out, that's what they are there for)
If you hate any teacher, don't miss a chance to piss him/her off!!
Some more random VTU do’s and don’ts

Make sure you watch a good movie in a theatre once in a month @ least!...the dramas the teachers in college do are lame!
Don’t bother asking doubts, lecturer won’t understand what your asking and you wont understand what he answers.
Any lecturer who doesn’t rise his/her head while taking attendance is inviting you to put a proxy.
Pretty creative eh?  That’s all because of the VTU tadka
plz like and share this,,,!!!!
